I was treated by the very kind Dr. Francesco with the free six-monthly preventive care program. He stopped working with them, and no one from Invisiben bothered to tell me or show up for my appointment at the Battistini office, scheduled months in advance. They left me waiting there until I called, and a secretary answered (not the usual kind one, but someone else) who blamed Dr. Francesco for not notifying me (when a doctor leaves such a large company, the company inherits his patients and must notify them). She rudely replied, saying she would call me back to schedule a new appointment. A month has passed, and I’m still waiting! They still haven’t called me because I was a “preventive” program, and therefore a “free option,” and I don’t earn any money. So, don’t do these things for publicity if you don’t follow through.
